Someone new is coming to Bosch. Deadline reports Christopher Backus has joined season three of the Amazon series.
Based on the novels of Michael Connelly, Bosch stars Titus Welliver as gritty LAPD detective Harry Bosch. The series also stars Jamie Hector, Amy Aquino, Lance Reddick, and Sarah Clarke.
On the series, Backus will play “Woody Woodrell, a former Army Special Forces soldier who now works for a private security firm.” Season three of Bosch is set to premiere in 2017.

Very good detective drama. Bosch stepped out of the books and onto the screen in Titus Welliver who draws an excellent internal character while exhibiting a hard as nails external. Well written and thought out. Hope the cast remains intact. I have watched and re-watched the first two seasons and season 3 can’t come soon enough.

Just started season one, so it better not get cancelled…Nothing worse than getting two season’s into a show, and then they drop it…
