What’s This TV Show About?
Code Black takes place in an Emergency Room in Los Angeles — the busiest, most notorious ER in the nation. The staggering influx of patients often outweighs the limited resources available to the devoted doctors and nurses who work there, creating a condition known as Code Black. In season two, the cast includes Marcia Gay Harden, Rob Lowe, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Harry Ford, Luis Guzman, Melanie Chandra, William Allen Young, Boris Kodjoe, and Jillian Murray.
Season Two Ratings
Airing on the CBS television network, season two of Code Black is averaged a 0.97 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 5.98 million viewers. Telly’s Take
After a lackluster first season, some significant changes were made to Code Back for season two. Unfortunately, the changes didn’t seem to help and the ratings have gotten even worse. I suspect that Code Back will be cancelled by May. The television vulture is preparing to call a time of death on this medical drama.

This is a really awesome show!!! I like that it has more action, then drama!!
Code Black is the most realistic, most heart wrenching, and down to earth shows we have ever seen that is about the medical field. I don’t normally watch shows about doctors (Grey’s Anatomy)and such cause they are more like soap operas. Code Black is just so good that it’s over before you know it and you look at the clock and say, “has it been an hour already?” Please don’t cancel this show.
Please, please, please, do not cancel this show. I look forward to watching Code Black and would be devastated to hear that it’s being cancelled. Kindly take us viewers into consideration and bring it back for a few more seasons.

I truly like Code Black. It’s a great medical show that seems what life is like in a ER.
I love Code black – for once the drama is kept in balance and isn’t becoming a soap style show. It reflects well how people such situations on both sides. Please keep it on.
I cannot believe the ratings are falling. Please don’t cancel Code Black! Best medical show ever, and I’ve seen many. My best friend and I wait all week during the season for the next episode. Rob Lowe was an awesome addition, he’s so genuinely believable.
