Don’t give up on Nashville yet. Deadline reports the Twitter fan campaign #BringBackNashville has grown significantly since ABC announced they were cancelling the series last week.
As we reported earlier, the network has cancelled the country music drama after four seasons. The series stars Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere as two country music superstars.
Since news of the cancellation broke, the series’ producer, Lionsgate TV, has been shopping the drama to other networks in hopes of continuing the show. Additionally, thousands of fans have taken to Twitter and other social media platforms with the hashtag campaign #BringBackNashville. The campaign has grown so popular, Nashville‘s creator, Callie Khouri, has even starting using it.

The season four finale of Nashville airs on May 25th.
What do you think? Are you a fan of Nashville? Are you campaigning to #BringBackNashville?
Bring back Nashville. I love watching this show. All the good shows are ending.
I LOVE Nashville!! It cannot be cancelled!! Please bring it back!!!!!!!
Everytime I start really liking a TV show it gets cancelled ABC is totally wrong about canceling Nashville. There are very few shows that are really enjoyable, has great music and singers and is decent enough for children to watch. There very few shows that I actually record to watch weekly and this is one of them please do not take off Nashville!
Nashville is a very good show an I wish you wouldn’t cancel it. If you have to at least give us one more season so we can have closure with all of our favorite characters and see their endings!
Do not cancel Nashville. My husband and I love this show. First show we watch on our dvr
PLEASE bring Nashville back!!
This is such a great show with an awesome cast and wonderful music. There is so much talent on the show it is crazy. I enjoy the music as much as the show and have purchased many of the songs. Please do not let this show cancel. It is one of the best series on TV and would be a shame for it to end so abruptly.
Thank you for your consideration.
ABC PLEASE BRING BACK NASHVILLE!!! This is the best show!!! We’ve been watching since the beginning…it can’t end this suddenly!!
I really liked season one and would love to see the show continue IF they got new writers who forget that Raina has daughters (how did idiotic teen girls become the thing every show needs, I mean does anybody like screen hog mopey Maddie?), either get Scarlet and Gunner together or dropped them forever because ” I love you Scarlet but hey she might be nice to sleep with” and “I love you Gunner until we get together and you become a jerk” has run its course four times over, and who send the increasingly unlikeable Leila away or at… Read more »
I strongly protest cancelling the series!!! Love the show, love the characters and each individuals story. After a long stressful work week I look forward to watching Nashville (a mini vacation to the country music capital).I am so sick of shows about bombs & terrorists, etc., need this 1 hr break every week. I’ll give up watching other shows but NOT this one.
BRING BACK NASHVILLE! Even while shopping at the grocery store in Houston, BEFORE the cancellation announcement, the “sample lady” pulled out pix that she took when the cast appeared here. When people heard I used to be a radio announcer in Nashville, I was swarmed with folks asking me about the show!! They were sorely disappointed when I couldn’t oblige. I think the powers that be have made a mistake… Anyone remember a little show cancelled shortly called Star Trek?! 😉
Please bring back Nashville. Great music and a great cast!
This would be a shame. Please bring back Nashville. No more CSI shows with blood guts and horror with murdered women victims. Nashville has beautiful music centered around good moral characters. Drama, good acting, juicy tidbits and characters we can relate to and route for. A well written show dealing with current issues with honesty. It would certainly be missed.
Nashville is great. Please don’t cancel it.
Please do not cancel Nashville as we really want to see where all the characters end up in their lives. Also the music is great.
