ABC has renewed two midseason series for sophomore seasons. The very popular October Road drama has been ordered for another season, as has the sitcom Notes from the Underbelly. The network has ordered 13 episodes of each but these may be expanded later to full season orders of 22.
No word yet on exactly when either will return. The full ABC schedule for Fall 2007 will be announced on Tuesday and we’ll be covering it. Stay tuned!

I have been searching for this info all over the net – I am already jonesin’ for some more NOTES. I can’t believe there were only 8 episodes this season. I love this show and it is so refreshing to see the hilarious stage of life my husband & I are in dramatized and made WAY more hilarious 😀

This show reminds me of my teen years. Please keep it on the air. I was upset when it went away.Why would you take something off the air suddenly?It makes the media look stupid! People are enjoying this show, like they watched family in the EIGHTIES.I would like you to contact me because who ever is representing your staff is really off base. People want this show back on the air.

I am so glad to see that ABC has turned into such a great network. It cam from behind to being one of the best with shows like October Road and Notes. They know how to listen to their audience.
I LOVE October Road. I am so happy that it will be back. I can’t wait until the new seasons starts, and believe me it is hard to wait. I love the Eddie and Janet storyline. I can’t wait to see what happens with them. I want Nick with Hannah and not Aubrey. ABC really picked a winner with October Road.
October Road is awesome!! Please keep it on. It is unique and fresh – great acting too. Something for everyone and a bit of home in it.
I found this show strangly familiar. I liked it, but it reminded me of one of my favorite movies, “Beautiful Girls”. Then, I find they share the same creator/driving force. Maybe October Road could lead to a sequal to “BG”, Natlie Portman all grown up. In the mean time, I will just have to enjoy the Road.

October Road has grown into an exceptional show, one the whole family can watch. The ensemble cast has something for everyone. Best story line is Eddie/Janet. And the music is great too. Season final was priceless. Looking forward to next season. Bring it on!
