CBS recently dropped Stalker from their schedule and replaced it with a new TV show, CSI: Cyber. Now, there’s word that it’s coming back on the air — but for how long?
A cop thriller, Stalker follows the work of the LAPD’s Threat Assessment Unit, a team that investigates incidents of stalking. The TV show stars Dylan McDermott, Maggie Q, Victor Rasuk, and Mariana Klaveno.
After airing 17 of the show’s first season episodes, CBS took Stalker off the air. However, according to star Maggie Q, fans will get a chance to see the remaining episodes. She recently tweeted, “That’s a wrap on Stalker Season 1! We are back on the air at the end of the month! Thank you so much for your support!”
So far, there’s been no official word from the network regarding the unaired episodes. That seems a little unusual considering there’s less than two weeks left in the March.
While it’s good news that viewers will (hopefully) get a chance to see the remaining unaired episodes, it doesn’t change the fact that Stalker’s unlikely to be renewed for a second season. The ratings have been a disappointment at best and, so far, CSI: Cyber’s been doing much better in the same timeslot.

I was terribly disappointed that this show was cancelled. I looked forward to week by week. It soon became my favorite show. We look forward to finishing out this season

Why did you end the series??? It was one of the best new shows this year. The cast and story line is so realistic. Please return Stalker.
Hi – I love the series. I cannot believe it will not come back for a second season. They are dealing with a growing problem in today’s society, so I think they should be given a second change. I saw the last episode where Beth was kidnapped by her first boyfriend. I hope the last episodes will air, because I want to see what happens and hope they catch that dirtbag.
this is very realistic without all the science of the CSI’s that no one really understands. no smoke and mirrors show. how refreshing!!!
It has gotten to the point where I may stop watching any ne shows at all. We get into them and get hooked, and they just stop. No finale, or wrap up…simply gone. A lot of shows take more than one season to get a following. I’m really hoping that an intelligent, and socially relevant story line, will come back. Please CBS, don’t become like ABC. I have more faith in this network than that…prove me right!

I enjoyed this show, good actors, the characters they play are interesting and draw you into the story line. I’d rather this show stay on and have CSI Cyber cancelled. I will definitely watch all the remaining shows aired. I’m stunned that it has been cancelled, hopefully the network will rethink that decision.
I hate it when I get involved with the characters in a new show then they just cancel it and leave you hanging. The characters in Stalker were believable and the actors would draw you into the storyline. It just reminds me of the writers’ strike and we lost so many great shows. So many lost… At least give it a finale..is it politics & favoritism at its best! So sad..

I am very disappointed that CBS is not rethinking this show. It is well written. The characters are well thought out as are the performances. It is very realistic as well. CBS and “The Suits” need to reconsider this decision. Come on Mr. Moonves,please keep “Stalker” on.
I really miss watching this show, I Loved every episode and Cast. Also love the music they play in every episode 🙂 remakes of old songs you haven’t heard in a long time. PLease don’t Cancel the Show …
