The Kitchen is closed. The Food Network series ended its season on Saturday, and the hosts of the cooking series took to their Instagram accounts to say goodbye to the decade-long series.
The Kitchen premiered in January 2014. There have been 490 episodes and 14 specials during the series’ 36-season run.
Food Network announced that the show would conclude in October. Sunny Anderson, Katie Lee Biegel, Jeff Mauro, Geoffrey Zakarian, and recurring guest host Alex Guarnaschelli are the current hosts of the series.

I was so sorry and disappointed to hear this show “The Kitchen” was being cancelled. There were different personalities hosting to suit everyone and it was enjoyable and relaxing to watch. Lately, the Food Channel has gotten rid of such great shows and very hard to understand why. They repeat shows for hours upon hours and where I use to watch the Food Channel much of the time every day, I now hardly watch it at all. What a shame!
