At today’s Starz portion of the TCA Winter Press Tour, CEO Chris Albrecht said that the cable channel is considering a sequel to The White Queen — The White Princess.
According to Deadline, he said, “We’re working with [The White Queen screenwriter] Emma Frost on the stories… We will not have BBC as part of it. We are interested, if the stars align, in a sequel to The White Queen.”
The limited series apparently performed well for Starz but was less successful for the BBC which co-produced. The latter has decided not to continue with the property.
Like the original series, The White Princess would be based on the book by historical novelist Philippa Gregory.

The White Queen is and always be the most fabulous show Starz has ever produced! Wonderful producing, directing, casting, writing, music, and historically accurate costuming and sets! Starz producers you must bring back, The White Queen , making sure not to miss a beat right from where you transported us to and left us hanging! Oh how cruel they are to keep us dangling , begging and waiting for season 2, 3, 4, 5. However many seasons it takes for the world who loves this show to get their fill! I beg u now! PLEASE!

Yes they should do a sequel. Apparently, Americans have better taste than those ole Brits. It was excellent television casting and performances by all. You can tell the directing took the viewer on a great journey through this story.
