Emily Sanders (Heather Graham) has great taste, wonderful friends and a successful career. How did she get there?
She worked hard and always followed a set of self-imposed guidelines known as the “reasons” – reasons why not to date your gynecologist, reasons why not to date a twin, reasons why not to trust your back-stabbing former assistant Glitter Cho (Smith Cho), etc.
When Emily falls for a two-timing best-selling author, she knows she needs to get back on track. She’s helped by childhood friend Reilly (Nadia Dajani) and tea shop employee Josh (Khary Payton).
