Bring it back everyone I talk to is furious that it was canceled
It was more than viewers it was doing good in a time the country needs things like this
I have been lucky enough to do 10 extreme makeovers from 2004 to the last one the Harris family in Tx I was the lead painter volunteer
If only you network guys would come and do one and feel the true magic
It’s not the stars , they are great people how ever
Being I spent a 1000 hours behind the scenes
The true magic is the local people how they struggle and experience pain and tiredness
As they would stay up with us for 40 plus hours straight a shift
To help there friends or family or just because they were great people
The show always missed the true magic that only if the nation could see and feel what really happens on that set with the fans and voleteers
I watch a priest he was in his late 70s collapse of exhaustion trying to help the family
Being there with them as the public hits that 20 hour wall seeing them waking in the rain and mud trying to make that clock
Seeing priests struggling so red cross doesn’t see them alonst pass out because they want to help finish , the network missed the true magic
What really happens behind the scenes
People cry of exhaustion people collapse people meet there demonds after working 40-50 hours straight no voice can’t walk to talk
All to help a great cause
Also the true talent of the local artist and people that trully did it all
If you showed that
That’s what peoploe want to see
You must have Ty , women love him
Paige men love her star power
Michelal great guy and Polly
Ed super talented
Do u know they all really can work and do remarkable things ?
I’ve seen them
It should be more about the true reality of what Halle
With the public more about the feeling of a one mile area blocked off with multiple helicopters over head that energy of the crowds the pressure of that clock
U all got away from that
U had a how it’s done that didn’t show how it’s done?!?
Really take it from Some one who was there
U guys trully don’t get what America wants
They want to see the good done
They want to see the pain and drama
The creativity and design
How it really got done
Not about designers arguing
I told many people. Thi over the years
If u guys aired the true reality of what really happens
That show would regain the top spot
I’m just a painter but after almost 9 years knowing the team
Every single person who really works it says the same thing
Why don’t they show what we all go threw?
It’s so much more entertaining. Than just the stars
Do extreme emphizise the clock
Showcase the family’s and friends. Struggle to make that clock
Show how the design and true allent gets done
Show the struggles of average people as they work. 40 hour shift
The team on that show and design producers are the best of the best
Show them show the true reality of what it is
In my opinion the network trully is blind to something that is so American so magical
They miss it
It’s America helping its own
Its the countries top talented designers and local artist
It’s beinging in Alaska and allinh a radio because we didn’t have enough people and seeing a town rally
It’s seeing old young man woman with true hearts pushing there bodies to the edge
It’s the drama of the rain mud what can and does go wrong
It’s the family of the family that collapses because they forgot to drink fluids
And pass out because we are trying to flag dry the dry wall mud
It’s how the most talented Peploe in our country grab normal public people and turn them into rockstars for a week
I’ve seen and felt the true magic
If you showed what I saw over my time on set
U would see why u have it all wrong
America needs to see America helping its own
Make it more american
More local more drama more color and design
Show America how not only can they make a difference at any age or sex
But how they too can do these great design and they too an have te magic they see on tv
I swear if I had any Input the first thing I would change is to show the true reality of what cameras didn’t show
