ABC has released the episode description for its American Crime TV show’s season three finale. The question remains: will this also be the TV series finale? Executive producer Michael McDonald previously said if the crime anthology is renewed for a fourth season, it will focus on women in the workplace and sexual harassment. However, the third season, which centers on undocumented workers, drugs, and human trafficking has not fared well in the Nielsen ratings, so the series is likely to be cancelled.
American Crime stars Regina King, Felicity Huffman, Connor Jessup, Richard Cabral, and Benito Martinez. The ABC TV series cast also includes Sandra Oh, Cherry Jones, Tim DeKay, Janel Moloney, Dallas Roberts, Timothy Hutton, Lili Taylor, Ana Mulvoy-Ten, Mickaëlle X. Bizet, and Clayton Cardenas. The finale airs on April 30th at 10:00pm ET/PT.

Thought seasons 1 and two were better. Actually, the first one the best!! Kinda fizzled out!! Too bad!!
This is one of the best shows on TV. Brilliant acting and directing. It is one of the few shows I watch on network tv.
OMG This is one of the best show on TV It is so ahead of its time and quite realistic and thought provoking. It is like no other Amazing PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL PLEASE
Please don’t cancel this show! I love this show because it portrays the truth about the world we live in. Forget the ratings, that’s not what’s important.
Don’t cancel this show! I love this show because it portrays real life events that happen to people everyday and it’s the only show on TV that tells the truth. Screw the ratings!
I have watched all 3 seasons and enjoyed them all. They are all very compelling stories with excellent acting. Season 3 highlights the issue of modern day slavery in several scenarios which makes you think. Excellent show.
This is a truly original and superlative series. It demands attention, patience, and contemplation, so the ratings are not what the show deserves. Whatever happens, kudos to ABC for airing this show. But the hope is for renewal. The series deserves to be seen yet again.
Hoping this true to life show is NOT cancelled! I wish more people would watch to learn how it really is out in the real world. From the 1st season, all the subjects that have been covered portray the lives of real people today… don’t stick your head in the sand people… this is life in today’s world! Keep speaking the truth… hoping this isn’t cancelled.
This is a mature, timely series. The cast is so talented and the directing is superb. I don’t believe it received enough advertising or press. It is an example of high quality television that I rarely see on network tv.
I love American Crime. This series was a little confusing at first, but as I continued to watch it, it bccame VERY interesting. The hour flies by. I really hope there is a season 4!
I think the series is great. I feel the time slot is the problem. EVERYTHING seems to be on Sunday night, especially on the cable channels. Also, the fact that AC first episode was in March doesn’t help, although I know this is the time of year it has aired in the past. I will be very upset it the series is cancelled.
I thoroughly enjoy this series, and find the latest effort to be truly eye-opening. Hopefully, this will NOT be cancelled.
Kudos to all for continuing to support this astoundingly fine series. We’ll ALWAYS be watching wherever you take it. Fingers crossed for more!
