What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the Freeform cable channel, Baby Daddy stars Jean-Luc Bilodeau, Tahj Mowry, Derek Theler, Melissa Peterman, Chelsea Kane, Sura Harris, and Kayleigh Harris. The sitcom centers on Ben Wheeler (Bilodeau). After his one-night-stand, Angela (Mimi Gianopulos), leaves their baby on his doorstep, Ben decides to raise the child with the help of his family and friends. In season six, Ben is still searching for the mysterious Elle. Danny (Theler) and Riley (Kane) are on the hunt for a doctor to help with the pregnancy, and Bonnie (Peterman) wants to be involved. Tucker (Mowry) is back from Los Angeles, but he refuses to tell anyone what happened while he was there.
Season Six Ratings
The sixth season of Baby Daddy averaged a 0.21 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 459,000 viewers. Compared to season five, that’s down by 18% and down by 18%, respectively. Learn how Baby Daddy stacks up against other Freeform TV shows.
On May 13, 2017, it was revealed that Baby Daddy had been cancelled so there won’t be a seventh season. Could it be revived somehow? Stay tuned for further updates.
Telly’s Take
While it already has a decent-sized syndication package and Baby Daddy’s ratings have dropped from year to year, this sitcom is still one of Freeform’s better performers. Thus, it was renewed for season six. Since this TV series is a half-hour sitcom, it is cheaper to produce than the typical hourlong drama, so its fate could depend on the success of Freeform’s pilot season. Because it’s still too early in the season to assess whether Baby Daddy will be cancelled or renewed for season seven on Freeform, I’ll keep an eye on the ratings and update this page, periodically. This is my all time favorite show I will watch nothing else but this. If there is no season seven I will be very sad. I love the wheeler fam and everyone else I honestly don’t know what I would do without them. I want to see how Emma grows up and how everyone turns out and I was so ready for season 7. I really can’t let you cancel this show and don’t just listen to me, listen to all these other fans that agree with me!! Please I wouldn’t live without “Baby Daddy”:) 🙂 🙂
Please please please dont cancel baby daddy this is my favorite show of all time season 6 has ended very incomplete I would love to see emma and her new cousin grow up and I would love to see how Elle and Ben turn out and Riley and danny and Tucker and Sondra I just really want to see what happens next please dont cancel the show

This is by far my favorite show!!! I finished season 6 in 2 days. I would be so so so so so upset if it was over!!!!! The ending was so incomplete it has to keep going
Baby Daddy is by far my favorite show ever. The ending was to incomplete and if it ended now I would be so upset. I felt like I actually grew up with the wheeler family and I would love to continue watching Emma and her new baby cousin grow up together and see where Elle and Ben go and Danny and Riley. Please make a season seven, season 6 just ended to incomplete and I would love to continue watching the wheeler family grow up it’s the funniest show I’ve ever seen and I would hate to see it end.

I recently got Netflix and the 2 show I watched was baby daddy. It is outstanding and I’m devastated it’s cancelled. (So I heard) please I think you should really reconsider the 7 season or at least a couple of episodes in season 6 with the new baby and show how Emma reacts to her new baby cousin. Please please give me and all the other fans a reason to watch Netflix and bring back baby daddy..
