A musical comedy, ABC has been promoting their Galavant TV show as a “4-week comedy extravaganza” but they haven’t ruled out producing a second season. Will it be a ratings smash or a flop? Cancelled or renewed for season two? Stay tuned.
On Galavant, a dashing hero (Joshua Sasse) once lost the love of his life (Mallory Jansen) to an evil king (Timothy Omundson). It’s now time for him to exact his revenge and restore his “happily ever after” — while singing. The rest of the cast includes Vinnie Jones, Karen David, Luke Youngblood, Ben Presley, Daniel Evans, Stanley Townsend, and Genevieve Allenbury.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — typically around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.

What do you think? Do you like the Galavant TV show? Do you think it should be cancelled? Renewed for a second season?
Excellent show. Should be renewed.
I absolutely loved this show. Very funny and I thought the music score was excellent. Hopefully, it will be renewed and, if so, I will be watching every show.
Please renew Gallivant! It is fun, edgy and great characters. Love it
I loved it as well. Please renew. I really enjoyed what we got and I really hope we get at least a season two to wrap everything up. Please ABC. I bet it would do better on a different day and time. Competition is too tough on Sunday imo.
Please renew.
Also 3 episode was the best! My kids 6 and 8 loved it too.
Loved it!!!!
A truly spectacular effort from tv series Galavant. Galavant is a likeable fallen knight who is aiming to rescue his former love and gain back his reputation, helped by his noble squire and friend Sid and a Princess. Love the casting of Kingsley – Played by fantasy icon Rutger Hauer (Bladerunner, Ladyhawke, Batman Begins, True Blood). King Richard reminds me a little of Rimmer from Red Dwarf – Hateful but likable looser. I like the new bromance with frienamy/enemy between him and Gal. It has greatly impressed me this series and defiantly want to see more. It was quite a… Read more »
I loved Galavant! Please ABC renew this comedy! Maybe try another night or time due to the ratings drop! Like maybe Thursday night at 7pm instead of Sunday night! It’s hard to have a hit show on Sunday night at 7pm due to The Simpsons on Fox! Regardless of the time or day I will watch Galavant anytime because it rocks! Please give us all a Season2 of Galavant please!
Loved it. Very funny! Daughter and I had a great time watching. Renew so we can see how Galavant rescues the princess and what will become of the queen and her new boy toy. Timothy O really stole the show..awesome dynamics between him and Galavant.
PLEASE KEEP, BEST SHOW ON TV RIGHT NOW.
Galavant was such a refreshingly silly but enjoyable and well-acted series. Entertaining music with clever music made it even better!

Loved it……renew it please.

renew please
I thoroughly enjoyed Galavant. It was a series reminiscent of a Mel Brooks or Monty Pyton comedy, something not seen on television or film for some time. If the series is not renewed for a second season, I would hope ABC would at the least produce one more episode to tie up the loose ends left by the season finale’s cliffhangers. I personally would like to see the show return even if only for another short, eight episode run. I certainly would watch to see what happens to everyone. It was a fun show to watch. My fingers are crossed.… Read more »
