As expected, there won’t be a second season for Gang Related. FOX has cancelled the summer cop drama after one season of 13 episodes.
On Gang Related, a police detective (Ramon Rodriguez) is torn between his allegiance to his job and co-workers and the gang and crime family that raised him. The cast also includes Terry O’Quinn, RZA, Jay Hernandez, Sung Kang, Inbar Lavi, Cliff Curtis, and Shantel VanSanten.

The series debuted at the end of May to a 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 2.94 million viewers.
That was a poor showing right out of the gate and the ratings got even worse as the weeks progressed.
It ended up being one of FOX’s worst-performing summer series. Despite having a small but loyal audience, it was expected that the network would cancel the show.
The final episode, which aired August 14th, left plenty of things unresolved.

The show was awesome..my husband and I looked forward to watching it every time. It was exciting always kept your eyes glued to the tube and never wanted to miss an episode. Very saddened that it’s not going to air and we would definitely watch it on another channel. Shame on you fox tv!
Can’t believe it will not be back! They did not promote it well enough, many people we talk to have not even heard of it or seen commercials. FX would be a great network for it.

One of Fox’s best shows. The ending was great and it left a lot unresolved. Which would make the second season a hit. Someone pick up this show

I loved that show!! I’m very disappointed that they are taking a show that has something different to give than other police shows now a days! I would watch season two in a heartbeat if an other channel does it.
I love watching gang related, it was a different show compared to the others,I would stay up tired just to watch my show,hope amother network picks it up, fox you make some stupid decisions.
Fox never gave Gangland a chance. They never promoted the show, (was it too Latino?) but there was still a loyal following. The writing was great, the acting superb, and many jobs were lost because of this cancellation. Hopefully, another network will pick it up–WE, USA, AUD, ABC, NBC, CBS, somebody, PLEASE!!!!
Fox is now promoting a new series, Empire, scheduled to start soon. Why should we trust them? I say boycott all Fox stations–FX, FXM, FXX.
it was a great show I watched it every week its a lot better than some of the other crap they show like grace point or reign ( where the actors can,t even act ) it was more realistic and had a good plot you need to bring it back

hallo.i am writting from greece and i am positive for seeing second third etc season of gang related.there is not such tv serie in global tv.i have watched ”the shield” but its over and since then never found similar tv serie.i found it now in gang related.i thing you must be patience for numbers in tv.see how it goes the second season.people has to know it first and i just saw it in greek cable tv.
