What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, Gotham stars Ben McKenzie, Donal Logue, Robin Lord Taylor, Cory Michael Smith, David Mazouz, Sean Pertwee, Erin Richards, Camren Bicondova, Drew Powell, Morena Baccarin, Jessica Lucas, Chris Chalk, Michael Chiklis, John Doman, and Jada Pinkett Smith. The crime drama explores the early days of then-police detective James Gordon (McKenzie) and iconic Gotham City characters — before they became legends. In season four, Gotham’s infamous criminal scene ascends. Gordon and Harvey Bullock (Logue) must lead the resistance, but they are not alone. Bruce Wayne (Mazouz) also begins to take responsibility for his beleaguered city.
Season Four Ratings
The fourth season of Gotham averaged a 0.77 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 2.56 million viewers. Compared to season three, that’s down by 29% and down by 23%, respectively. Find out how Gotham stacks up against the other FOX TV shows.

Telly’s Take
Although the current season will give them a decent sized syndication package, I think it is more than likely that Gotham will be renewed, rather than cancelled. After all, despite its drop in the third season, the show remains a top ten performer for FOX. For now, I’ll keep a hungry eye on the Nielsens and update this page with breaking developments. End of this season has been the best Gotham episodes I have seen so far. All the villains make the show great. Hopefully, it will be back for another season.

Please don’t cancel Gotham. It’s the best comic book show on TV. At least give us a final season. Mabey do some time jumps. But please give us some closure at least.
Gotham can’t get cancelled I just got caught up with the show. Don’t even think about cancelling it or at least move it to another channel
Please give us season 5 and more ,I love this series ,and get withdrawal symptoms when I have to wait to next week for the next part ,we here in Scotland U.K love it so please keep them coming
Gotham is an epic series its my #1 series after there scare of season for not happening as fans we cant go thru such a fear again.
We really need another season for Gotham
They definitely need to do at least one more season to properly introduce Bruce Wayne as Batman and Jeremiah as the Joker. And there’s so many other villains they can add onto the show like Harley Quinn, Bane, Deadshot, Killer Croc, and Talia al Ghul.

I don’t undersand why ratings are so low. It’s an amazing show. One of the best atm.
Gotham is one of the best shows right now, it deserves to be renewed, and it deserves so much more views actually, it is far the best DC show right now, no doubt on that. Each episode is intense. It must be renewed.

The ratings only tanked bcz of the move to Thursday which is traditionally a popular night with lots of competition. Gotham was doing fine on Monday. At least give us the five yr package….
Dumb move in my opinion. Against The Big Bang Theory and Grey’s Anatomy? Not a chance! They should either put Gotham back on Mondays, or bring it to the CW. Actually, I think they should put Gotham on the CW channel. Think about it. All of the other DC shows are on that channel-Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Black Lighting. Any day but Thursday. I just started watching this show, and I think it’s real good so far. David Mazouz is incredibly talented.
