What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FX cable channel, Legion stars Dan Stevens, Aubrey Plaza, Bill Irwin, Jeremie Harris, Amber Midthunder, Katie Aselton, and Jean Smart. Based on the Marvel comics by Chris Claremont and Bill Sienkiewicz, the Legion TV show tells the story of David Haller (Stevens), a troubled young man who may be more than human. Diagnosed as schizophrenic in childhood, David has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years. While institutionalized, he makes a quick bond with Syd (Keller). Soon, David must confront the shocking possibility that the voices he hears and the visions he sees are the result of him being a mutant.

Telly’s Take
This sci-fi psychological drama premiered to pretty solid numbers for FX. However, Legion has seen some big drops in later episodes. Right now, I suspect FX will renew it but I may change my mind if the ratings keep dropping. 3/15 update: the Legion TV series has been renewed for season two. Details here.

I absolutely love Legion. As I introduce more friends to it, they become addicted. Please don’t give up on a show with such potential. I think it was only the overload of megashows in 2017 that obscured Legion. As we work through the chaff and discover the golden kernels to keep do we find shows like Legion. It’s a definite keeper.

I enjoyed this show and am glad it was renewed for a second season but 8 episodes is a little short for a season.
I loved this show. I especially liked the singing and dancing scenes…so unexpected in this type of show. It is unpredictable, totally engrossing, and I hope it is on for a long time.
Please do season two!! I’m dying to see what they will come up with next!! I’m so obsessed!!

I love this show and would be highly disappointed if it was canceled.I watch it every Wednesday and do not miss an episode. This show has an amazing cast and crew, they do a wonderful job acting. I would be so sad if it was canceled.
I love the show, I sat and watched all of it in a week. I like a show that keeps me on my toes and wondering, and that’s what legion does I can’t wait cant wait for season2

This is one weird/confusing show.
So far, i absolutely love it!! I really hope it gets renewed. I want to know what happens next!! Is David going to get rid of the devil with the yellow eyes? Are him and Sidney going to have an astral baby? Wil Oliver rejoin the real world? Will The Eye meet a gruesome end?
I love this show and would be crushed if by chance the cancel it. Here’s hoping for another wonderful trippy season!
