Good news for Star fans! Co-creator Lee Daniels just announced the cancelled TV show will return for a feature-length movie.
The music drama follows the story of three talented young female singers and their rise to fame. The cast includes Queen Latifah, Brandy Norwood, Jude Demorest, Ryan Destiny, Brittany O’Grady, Amiyah Scott, Quincy Brown, Miss Lawrence, Luke James, Lance Gross, Luke James, Matthew Noszka, and William Levy.
As reported earlier, FOX cancelled Star after three seasons this spring. Now, while the show will not be returning for a fourth season, co-creator Lee Daniels says the series will have a TV movie to wrap the story up.

I just watched all 3 seasons…im addicted to this show. I love the music. I love the stories. I love the characters. I hope to get closure with these stories as that cant be left open like that for the fans. Come on fans make some noise, we need closure!!!! We need the movie to come out soon.
Why did you guys cancel star ? This tv show is great how could y’all end the show like that smh bring star back season #4 #4 #4 why not just make a season 4 why you trying to make a movie smh but I’m still going to watch it .. it would just be better if you would make a season #4 … a lot of people love this show why stop it.

I loved this show so much I can not believe it got canceled and left with so many questions,
I REALLY want the show too continue but look too me that will not be able too happen sadly.
But I STRONGLY feel there should at least be a movie too answer all the unanswered questions and too rap it up at least.

I need this When I get stuck on real life issues I watch series to make myself feel better star is winning the series but I absolutely adore and can’t stand to be without some series have up to 15 seasons this only has three please don’t take it away
