Sitcom reboots aren’t going away anytime soon. Deadline reports WarnerMedia is considering reviving some classic sitcoms such as Step by Step, Perfect Strangers, and Family Matters.
Produced by Warner Bros., Step by Step ran on ABC from 1991 to 1997 before moving to CBS for a final season. Perfect Strangers, meanwhile, ran on ABC from 1986 to 1993 and the spinoff Family Matters ran on ABC for eight season before moving to CBS for a final ninth season in 1997.
Although nothing official has been announced, sources say WarnerMedia is exploring revivals of some classic TGIF sitcoms for their upcoming streaming platform. Already, the SVOD service has lined up a number of original series, including Kaley Cuoco’s new drama, The Flight Attendant.

I would love a revival of TGIF sitcoms. I wish you had started during the actual pandemic while everyone was sitting home.
Yes I would. Would love a family matters reunion.
