NBC hasn’t had much ratings success with licensed series like Crossing Lines and The Listener. Will Taxi Brooklyn be a different story? Will NBC want a second season or will they cancel this one too? Stay tuned!
Taxi Brooklyn follows Cat Sullivan (Chyler Leigh), a tough NYPD Detective who doesn’t let a demotion to foot patrol stop her from trying to find her father’s killer. She finds an unlikely ally in Leo Romba (Jacky Ido), a taxi driver from Marseille. The rest of the cast includes James Colby, Jose Zuniga, Jennifer Esposito, Bill Heck, Ally Walker, and Raul Casso.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
Update: How’s this show been doing? Cancelled or renewed?
Final season averages: 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 5.0 million total viewers.
Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page. You can also see them here.
Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
What do you think? Do you like the Taxi Brooklyn TV show? Should it be cancelled or renewed for a second season?
Love this show! Don’t cancel!!!
I thought that Taxi Brooklyn was a great show. I would have liked to know how the final episode played out. Please bring it back.
I love this show. Seriously, please don’t cancel it. There is real chemistry to be generated and you could use the Italian girl as a new teflon don. Bring it back for renewal.
Please please do not cancel this show!!!! I absolutely love it!!!
The best show!!!! NBC don’t cancel!!!!!!
Please don’t cancel this show, I absolutely love it!
Crossing Lines was excellent, and Taxi Brooklyn superior in pace, intelligence, subtle humor and fine acting. The stories were exciting and engaging.
Please don’t let the people who can’t deal with intelligent material and well-written scripts dumb down the world for the rest of us. We also buy your advertised products. I vote enthusiastically to bring back Taxi Brooklyn and Crossing Lines–otherwise I watch only CBS for news and entertainment.
my husband & I love the Taxi Brooklyn. We do so hope that this show is saved. It’s just got so many actions going in so many ways. Hope this show makes it
