They seriously needs to give Backstrom a chance. I really like it so far. It’s not perfect, but I believe that with a little time, it could become a pretty successful show. I am so tired of these networks canceling shows just because the ratings aren’t ‘quite high enough’ after like 4 episodes.. It has become only about the quick and easy payout for most of these greedy jerks. I’m getting to like Backstrom. Definitely the alcoholic, but smart detective. Unfortunately the ratings aren’t good, so it will probably not make it to a 2nd season. Why The Blacklist moved to Thurs I will never know, but going up against ABC’s power lineup is not a good idea.
thakfully the worthless 2 and 1/2 is gone. Never found it funny and its childishness was insulting.
Slap, Backstrom and Allegiance continue to tank.

There was a lot of hate spewed at Chuck Lorre online relative to the finale, but I thought it was funny and creative, especially in the way that they broke down the “fourth wall,” looking at and talking to the camera, and thus the audience directly. I also liked all of the inside jokes about the series itself. It was clever and appropriately silly, an excellent finale for the series, and for a mostly less-than-funny final season. To Phil… me, too! I couldn’t stand Alan even when Charlie was still there. But after that, he just got more and more disgusting. Hope he saved his $ so we won’t have to look at his face ever again! Oh, and his tighty whities, too!
