The never-ending rivalry between Tom the cat and Jerry the mouse has been featured in hundreds of cartoons — both on the big-screen and in TV shows like The Tom and Jerry Comedy Show, The Tom and Jerry Show, Tom and Jerry Tales, and Tom and Jerry Kids.

For the first time, the duo are being featured in a direct-to-video film produced by Warner Bros. Though creators William Hanna and Joseph Barbera have both passed away, the movie was written by animation expert and author Earl Kress.

Tom and Jerry Meet Sherlock Holmes finds the cat and mouse duo teaming up with Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson to solve a string of jewel heists around London. Tuffy, Butch, Droopy and many other familiar friends round out the cast of characters. They’re voiced by Michael York, Malcolm McDowell, John Rhys-Davies, Grey DeLisle, Jeff Bergman, Phil LaMarr, Greg Ellis, Jess Harnell, Richard McGonagle, and Kath Soucie.
