“This case is legendary.” USA Network has revealed the premiere date for their upcoming TV Show Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and The Notorious B.I.G.
The scripted drama “chronicles the dual police investigations of Detective Greg Kading (Josh Duhamel) and Detective Russell Poole (Jimmi Simpson) into the controversial murders of two of the rap industry’s most legendary players, Tupac Shakur (Marcc Rose) and The Notorious B.I.G. (Wavyy Jonez).”
Unsolved premieres on USA Network on February 27th at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

UNSOLVED: THE MURDERS OF TUPAC AND THE NOTORIOUS B.I.G. is a 10-episode, true crime anthology series that chronicles the dual police investigations of Detective Greg Kading (Josh Duhamel) and Detective Russell Poole (Jimmi Simpson) into the controversial murders of two of the rap industry’s most legendary players, Tupac Shakur (Marcc Rose) and The Notorious B.I.G. (Wavyy Jonez). Emmy(R) winner Anthony Hemingway (“The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story”) is set to direct and will executive produce along with Mark Taylor through their Hemingway | Taylor production company. Kyle Long (SUITS) is writing the pilot and will also executive produce. Former LAPD Detective from the 2006 investigation into the murders Greg Kading will also serve as co-executive producer. The limited series is from Universal Cable Productions.”

Love the show…because its more about the characters than the murder…kinda of like the OJ jury show….love it…but people get a Lil too black or too white to not be bias…to give a show a chance…we cant ask for minority shows and not support them…actors got to be appreciated…
Shows like this promote shooting,sex and violence. I am a educated black male that does not listen to rap. We should quit glamourizing that particular genre of music.(I listen to jazz)Last week a young man went inside a school and shot 17 people to DEATH. The networks,movies etc should quit making or producing these kind of movies/shows. There are plenty of black heros,MLK,Mandela,Jackie Robinson,Ali,Tony Dungee, The networks should be held responsible for making such shows.
