What do you think? Do you like Who Do You Think You Are? TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a fourth season?
To Whom it May Concern:
I absolutely love this show. There are many people searching for their roots, and this show has given them some great pointers! I am glad that TLC picked this show up for season 4. Definately not a smart move by NBC.
I have purchased season 1 and 2, but I am having a hard time getting season 3 on dvd. I like to own my own copy so that I can refer back to certain episodes in my own search.
Thank You,
Carmela Dell’Alba (an adoptee)
I don’t think they gave the series a chance! I keep checking to see if another station has decided to pick it up instead. It was a show that my whole family watched together. C’mon guys let’s bring it back.
I am so upset that this show is not going to be on anymore. This show is one of my all time favorites. I love learning about the history of family. It even got me interested in searching my family roots. Please Please bring it back on TV.
Please do not cancel this show. As I recall, even the show friends took time to get off the ground. I love this show! My parents love this show as well as my tween daughter. I miss it!
I’m so disappointed. I never missed an episode. It infuriates me that a good show that was educational is cancelled. I’m done with watching programs on NBC
[…] to a new report, TLC is in talks to resurrect Who Do You Think You Are?. NBC cancelled the reality show in May after three seasons and 27 episodes. The program had a partnership with the Ancestry.com […]
I am so disappointed that the Who Do You Think You Are show has been canceled.
I always looked forward to watching it every friday evening.
I just don’t believe you will air a better and more educating program.
I wish they would reconsider the decision to cancel this show.
Thank you,
I CANNOT believe this show was cancelled. I watched it every Friday night and if I was not home, taped it. Not only was it interesting and educational, but also gave me great insight into the history of some of my own ancestors thanks to some of the actors/actresses’ ancestors. As I have been resesarching my own ancestors, I really felt how these people were feeling finding out where they came from….it was heartwarming. If NBC is dropping this show, then someone else should pick it up – it was EXCELLENT!
I just found the show in season 3. I loved it. Now I find out it has been cancelled. Why is it that when there is a show that is clean, interesting and educational, you cancel it? This program was not advertised enough. I found out about it on facebook. Please reconsider doing a season 4.
This was the best show all around…entertaining, educational, surprising and just downright enjoyable for the whole family. I am disgusted by NBC that they would do this to America! I guess they would rather put on some idiot reality show!!! I am disappointed and will be watching other stations.
I am so mad about this that I can’t find the words. The ONE show that I religiously watch EVERY Friday night. It everything the other shows are not. This show MUST be brought back. NBC sucks for cancelling this.
I love this show it is the best reality show on TV. I do hope you will take another look before canceling it. The other reality shows are really not interesting most are trash. Who do You Think You are is actually interesting and educational which is really different in this day and age. If you don’t put it back hopefully another channel will pick it up. Thanks for listening.
