Last night, executive producer Harvey Levin pulled the plug on the Famous in 12 TV show. The series was billed as a social experiment to see if a regular family could become celebrities in a dozen weeks.
Unfortunately, few people cared or tuned in. Episodes have averaged a mere 0.2 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 560,000 viewers.
Levin told the Artiaga family of Beaumont, California that viewership was too low and he sent them home after five of the planned 12 episodes.
The CW will fill the Tuesdays at 8pm timeslot with reruns of Arrow for the forseeable future.

I believe that as a result of what that they did get (contacts, advice, coaching, etc.) out of the opportunity, alone, Fame is still very possible!…Maybe not in 12 but in their own time. An investment of wealth was made… I believe that “People” are the real wealth in our lives. I… Read more »
