Is this the sunset of the Age of Aquarius? The word from NBC is that the Aquarius TV show is more likely to be cancelled than renewed for a third season. John McNamara’s police thriller-drama stars David Duchovny, Emma Dumont, Gethin Anthony, Grey Damon, Emma Claire Holt, Ambyr Childers, Madisen Beaty, Cameron Deane Stewart, Michaela McManus, and Brian F. O’Byrne.
Earlier this week, we reported Aquarius, season two, was being moved from Thursday to Saturday, beginning August 27, 2016. According to TV Line, when NBC Entertainment President Jennifer Salke was asked about the chance of the network renewing Aquarius for season three, she said, “I think that’s tough.”
During the TCA 2016 Summer press session, Salke confirmed McNamara’s news about the show moving nights, as was done in the first season. TV Line reports she also stressed the second season will air, saying, “David and the talent are really important to us, and we’ll continue to support the show wherever we put it. We do have to make some schedule changes, but the show’s not being pulled off the schedule.”

I love this show! The acting is great, the storyline and writing makes it worth watching. The show is never promoted and it should be, there are so many brainless goofy shows that should be cancelled, not this one please.
Please don’t cancel Aquarious! It’s just about the only show on NBC that’s worth watching. You’ve never given it the promotion or support it deserves. The writing, story lines and acting is sensational.
PLEASE keep this series. It is great. It is one of your better series. I don’t usually watch your station because there are not that many good shows. You tend to cancel the good ones.
Please keep Aquarius on the air! It’s a sensational show, and there are still many more storylines to continue and resolve. Fans care about what will happen to these characters, and the acting is the best on television! It shouldn’t always just be about ratings, it should be about substance and quality, too. NBC, please renew the show for a third season!!
AQUARIUS is the best show on NBC, as far as I’m concerned. I hate the way the network has scheduled the show, and that it has not been publicized or supported. As difficult as NBC has made it, I have followed the show’s every episode. NBC, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF CANCELLING AQUARIUS!!!!!
Please keep this series going—- it’s great! There is so much crap on tv, so please keep the good ones! This series has many story lines to yet develop— don’t t shut it down!
I’ve learned fed the show from the start. I’m sad that it seems like the show has no push. No press machine getting the stars on shows, interviews or even commercials that tell a story vs a pop up of the logo. I hope the is given justice. Move it to night people watch tv. Saturday is not that night! Save Aquarius!

I enjoy this show a great deal. Duchovny is phenomenal actor and the whole cast really puts you back in the 60’s. I was hoping that Bugliosi would somehow become part of the show as well, especially after they catch Mansont I doubt iNBC will ever let it get that far. But i woiuld watch this show on Netflix in a heartbeat.
