What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on USA Network, Colony takes place in the near-future, in a world where citizens are under military occupation by an organization known as the Colony Transitional Authority. It’s part of a large invading force of extraterrestrial origin. Former FBI agent Will Bowman (Josh Holloway) and his wife Katie (Sarah Wayne Callies) live in Los Angeles with their daughter and two sons. During the invasion, they’re separated from the younger boy and must risk everything to get him back. The cast also includes Peter Jacobson, Amanda Righetti, Tory Kittles, Adrian Pasdar, Kathleen Rose Perkins, Isabella Crovetti, Alexander Neustaedter, and Jacob Buster.
Season Two Ratings
The second season of Colony averaged a 0.26 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 814,000 viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 31% in the demo and down by 28% in viewers. Check out how Colony stacks up against the other USA TV shows.

Telly’s Take
The second season of Colony premiered soft and so far, it seems the ratings haven’t picked up. Still, I’m not ready to sequester this show behind an alien-built wall, and wait for it to die off. It’s about the middle of the pack where this cable channel’s TV shows are concerned. I’m not sure how this will go.

It’s truly a top notch series – thing is, it started slow, took a few episodes to get into and that’s probably what cost it viewers at this stage. Be a total waste if it’s pulled at this stage.
Just found this series – saw season one on Netflix, paid for first 7 episodes on Amazon and have watched 8 through 12 On Demand. Please continue this series it’s a great story! Love the cast.
I’ll be very disappointed if they cancel this show! Please tell them there are people out there that count on USA to give us an alternative to streaming TV as the only real entertainment out there!

Well I hope they don’t cancel this show I been watch from season one episode one and I did not watch it on Netflix I watch it every Thursday I wood hate to see this show go is got such a great story line

Love the show. Hope it has a long running lifetime. Our family looks forward to seeing it on Thursday nights. Keeps everyone on the edge of their chairs waiting to see what happens next. PLEASE do not cancel it.
Colony is rather slow and we still anticipate to see what the Aliens look like or what they really want. This i think is the great disadvantage of the show. Otherwise it is well directed and well played. It surely deserves to go on season 3 but it has to become faster in order to survive.
Yes the ratings system is totally outdated. This show is fabulous. Very well done the special effects are great. Josh Holloway is a great actor so glad he’s back on tv.
Please don’t cancel this show. The story line is very good.

Some people stream the show! The rating methods are out dated! Renew the show! Besides, it still hasn’t hit Netflix!
COLONY should be renewed for a 3rd season. The USA network should do more to promote it. We are living in a time of Big brother and people are asking questions of just how much intrusion should the government have in our lives. 1984, George Orwell’s classic, has seen a surge in recent sales. There is definitely a market for this subject matter and USA network should Promote, Promote, Promote! !!!
Renewed for season 3. Ran into Josh Holloway today and he confirmed. Can’t find anything online about it, which is how I found this board. If he’s correct, filming begins in July.
Renew. This is a great show. I can only watch it on VUDU but I love it. Don’t flush it.
