Will the Dice TV show be cancelled or renewed for a second season? It’s a crapshoot. Deadline reports from the TCA summer presser, that when asked about the comedy’s chance at a second season renewal, Showtime boss David Nevins said, “We are talking about it.”
The half-hour comedy stars Andrew Dice Clay, as a fictionalized version of himself, with Natasha Leggero (Carmen), and Kevin Corrigan (Milkshake). The first season of six episodes averaged 0.07 in the 18-49 year old ratings demographic, and drew an average total of 0.191 million viewers (i.e. 191,000).
We currently track ratings for 11 scripted Showtime series. Those anemic numbers put the Dice TV series at the very bottom of Showtime’s programming slate.

Yes yes yes dice is a legend he ******* killed it the whole season . We need to have a back for season two and season three and season four . I haven’t seen him in years since he did that Ford Fairlane movie . But I got a tell you as a 45-year-old male I can’t do without him . His delivery is in perfect timing . He is a comical genius . Don’t give me started about milkshake . What are you going to do , forget about it , and bring them back !

I really liked the 1st season, but he should tone it down somewhat -dice is funny and I get the vulgar humor, but he doesn’t really need to hit the gas so hard. I do hope it gets renewed.
The show MOST DEFINITELY SHOULD BE renewed. alll six episodes were hilarious and ingenious. DICE MAN!!! OH!!!!!!

I’m a long time fan of Dice Clay. Just got showtime and his was the first series i watched. Im.hoping it gets signed for another season.
I don’t get Showtime, but saw it on Amazon by chance. So funny. Love Milkshake.

Showtime should definitely bring DICE back. They only produced 6 episodes and barely promoted it. I stumbled upon it and LOVED it!! Especially Episode 5. A must-watch. Casting a vote for “yes”!

Mr. Nevins ….. really ? if you take in consideration to what the cost factor or bottom line to produce ” Dice ” I’m sure from a practical and business standpoint its much less to produce than ” Roadies “. Dice already has a innate fan base from his true supporters in the last 3 decades . So my solution is to “green light “Dice for another season , maybe move it to a Saturday evening at a 10pm viewing since it seems the demographics are 40plus.
