USA Network’s In Plain Sight TV show recently had its episode order cut from 16 to 13 installments. Is this a sign that the series is headed for the TV graveyard after three seasons?
Not necessarily. It turns out that In Plain Sight will wrap season three early for another reason. The Futon Critic was told by Universal Cable Productions, “John McNamara, executive producer and showrunner of USA Network’s In Plain Sight, took a leave of absence for medical reasons… John Romano assumed executive producer responsibilities for the remaining episodes. Given the unexpected change, we decided to end the season at a natural spot — with the surprising cliffhanger of episode 13.”
Season three will finish airing on Wednesday, June 30th. In Plain Sight hasn’t been renewed for a fourth season yet and isn’t necessarily looking like a lock either.
Last season reportedly averaged 4.08 million viewers but recent episodes have been attracting less than three million viewers. That’s certainly not a good indicator for renewal.

Please, please, please keep this show on!!! It is by far the best show I have scene in a very long time. It is such a breath of fresh air with all of the reality shows on tv. I personally know a lot of fans of the show and I truly believe it will be the success it once was. Heck, I watch the reruns on Netflix all the time because I miss the series so much. I just cannot get enough of the drama, comedy, etc.

this show has some of the best writing on TV. Just love the comebacks mary and marshall have for each other. Please keep this show on. I began to wonder where it had disappeared to and caught up on the last few episodes I missed when I moved on Neflix

Please do not cancel In Plain Sight it is one of our favorite shows. We all watch it in my
family and would be very disappointed if it was no more…..we rant another season.

In Plain Sight is one of the best shows I’ve had the pleasure of watching in a VERY long time. To not bring it back would be a great disappointment to the viewers that look forward to watching it each season.
