What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, Lethal Weapon stars Damon Wayans, Clayne Crawford, Keesha Sharp, Kevin Rahm, Jordana Brewster, Johnathan Fernandez, Dante Brown, Chandler Kinney, and Michelle Mitchenor. The comedic buddy cop action drama centers on two very different cops working together on the streets of Los Angeles. While family man Roger Murtaugh (Wayans) has everything to live for, is there nothing Martin Riggs (Crawford) won’t sacrifice to avenge the loss of his own family? In season two, Murtaugh tries to support Riggs, while still keeping his own family in mind and trying to avoid the chaos his partner seems to seek.
Season One Ratings
The second season of Lethal Weapon averaged a 0.99 rating in the 18-49 viewer demographic and 4.11 million viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 37% in the demo and down by 37% in viewers. Learn how Lethal Weapon stacks up against the other FOX TV shows.

Telly’s Take
Will FOX cancel or renew Lethal Weapon for season three? The ratings are way down when compared to the first season’s numbers, likely because the series was moved to a new night and away from the network’s top-rated Empire series. For now, I think it will land a renewal, mostly because FOX has lots of other lower-rated shows. However, there have reportedly been some issues with Crawford so that could scuttle the renewal. They will probably cancel thus show. Reason being,,I like it. I mean cook ghee I what’s not to like it has me cracking up all throughout the show. What’s these other people watch REALITY TV that’s ridiculous. If the shows that are not cutting it for the age group there looking at why not think of who it is working for. Put it on at so he other time. Whatever, whenever. Guaranteed it will be watched. Makes me sick how they take off really good shows and keep the stupid ones.
Hubby and I love this show. Always look forward to a new one. Please don’t cancel!

It always seems just when you’ve begun to enjoy a show these people with huge pockets takes away your enjoyment. From my point of view cable is basic & boring, the series or movies repeat themselves. Even if you have premium channels. People spend out of pocket several hundreds of dollars a month/year and the best tv series like Lethal Weapon is probably about to be cancel.

I would love for there to be a season 3 for “Lethal Weapon!” When it first came out, I stayed away from it thinking, “this is going to be stupid…another show based on a movie!” “It will never make it!”

I love the movies and thought NO WAY on this. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Every week it’s like a love letter to the movie franchise. Great cast. And very obviously a great crew.
