This reality show was a moderate ratings success for FOX in its first season and ratings got even better in season two (which ended in December). Is it too soon for a third season? Has the audience had enough or, will the ratings continue to rise? Cancelled or renewed for a fourth season? We’ll have to wait and see.
On MasterChef Junior, cooks between the ages of eight and 13 are given the opportunity to showcase their culinary talents and win a large cash prize. Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich, and Graham Elliot serve as judges and mentors. This will reportedly be Bastianich’s final season.
The higher a show’s ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — typically the following morning, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.

What do you think? Do you still like the MasterChef Junior TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a fourth season?
Why is this still on?
So that children 1/5 my age can show they cook 500X better than me.
For the cute factor? There were some cute kids on the first season and more on the second. Not finding many on this third go around yet though.
By cute I mean the joy they showed while cooking and the comments made as they discussed to the camera and the triumvirate.
because in the first seasons they were real “junior chefs.” Now, they are child actors pretending that they can cook trying to get on other shows or the execs are actually casting fake Kiddie Cooks like they eventually do with other reality shows, like when you realize the contestants are actually all out of work b actors. So last year, when asked about the food, the kids could answer. now they have idea what they are doing.
