Don’t give up on Nashville yet. Deadline reports the Twitter fan campaign #BringBackNashville has grown significantly since ABC announced they were cancelling the series last week.
As we reported earlier, the network has cancelled the country music drama after four seasons. The series stars Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere as two country music superstars.
Since news of the cancellation broke, the series’ producer, Lionsgate TV, has been shopping the drama to other networks in hopes of continuing the show. Additionally, thousands of fans have taken to Twitter and other social media platforms with the hashtag campaign #BringBackNashville. The campaign has grown so popular, Nashville‘s creator, Callie Khouri, has even starting using it.

The season four finale of Nashville airs on May 25th.
What do you think? Are you a fan of Nashville? Are you campaigning to #BringBackNashville?
Nashville has been my favorite show for as long as it’s been on. I love the music, storylines, character evolution, issues addressed, drama, and heart. I’ve watched all the episodes multiple times, purchased the music and DVDs; I’ve looked forward to it every week during the regular seasons, and I’ve rejoiced in its return after its breaks. PLEASE bring it back. That show is irreplaceable.
OMG…..Don’t take Nashville away. Great music. Love that show!!!!!
