Leroy Gibbs and his team are back for another season of NCIS and big ratings for CBS. It’s hard to imagine that this TV show will ever be cancelled but it has to happen sometime, doesn’t it? Keep watching!
The 10th season of NCIS typically airs on Tuesday nights at 8pm on the CBS network. The cast includes Mark Harmon, Brian Dietzen, Cote de Pablo, David McCallum, Michael Weatherly, Pauley Perrette, Rocky Carroll, and Sean Murray.
Below are the TV show’s ratings for the 2012-13 season, the best way to tell if NCIS is going to be cancelled or renewed for season 11 (though cancellation certainly seems incredibly unlikely).

Year to year, NCIS was down by 5% in the demo and up by 3% in viewership. I seriously doubt anyone at CBS is complaining about these numbers.
Reference point: The ninth season of NCIS averaged a 3.8 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 19.22 million viewers.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.
What do you think? Do you still like the NCIS TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for an eleventh season?
True, it has to happen sometime, just like 20/20, Dateline, 60 minutes, Jay Leno and many others.

If CBS cancels NCIS i dont know if i could ever turn my tv to cbs again. I love this show and i dont watch tv that much but if NCIS is on I WATCH IT every rerun that comes on. LOVE NCIS AND ALL THE CAST.
To assume that this show will go on forever is naive at best, but there is a good chance of a season 11 and possibly 12.

This is the best show on television! I wonder how the Emmy’s just don’t get it from 1 year to the next!
This show should never EVER be cancelled. This is a number one show for a reason. The activing is fantastic, and the characterization is so unique. All good shows do evolve, and I do think it is time to stop writing such one-dimensional characters. There is nothing wrong with certain characters getting married, having children, showing personality growth, and/or moving past their typical weekly childish pranks.
i love NCIS i think the same way ziva and tony should get marry abby and gibbs should get marry and vance should take an easy with jethro find hin a woman=and ducky he needs me on the show =he talks to the dead and i sing to the dead=a fan elsie
This canadian is so pleased that ncis is such a great show. The casting, story lines and overall excellence should not be under rated.
Never Ever think of cancelling this awesome series. The whole cast are brilliant. And as for finding Gibbs a new love I am sure that there are plenty of volunteers, one in the UK here!
Love it! bring on another 10 series.
THEY SHOULD “NEVER” CANCEL “N.C.I.S.”!!!!!!!!! NOR SHOULD THEY EVER TAKE AWAY ANYONE OF THIS TRULY UNBELIEVABLE CAST!!!! THIS CAST IS WHAT MAKES IT A COMPLETE SUCCESS!!! BUT I DO THINK THAT “TONY & ZIVA” NEED TO GET MARRIED, AS WELL AS “TIM & ABBY”, AND PLEASE HELP “JETHRO FIND A NEW EVERLASTING LOVE!!!!!!!”
Definitely re-newed, and for more than the 11th season.
