Is Party Down the next series set for a revival? Not a chance, per one star of the series. Adam Scott spoke about the possibility of the series returning for another season, and he said there isn’t one.
Scott said the following about the cancelled Starz series recently:
“There’s always the danger of screwing it up. I think it would be the most fun in the world, because I miss those days so much. I think we all do. But there’s something nice about it just being those 20 episodes and they’re lovely the way they are.”
Scott will next be seen on new FOX series, Ghosted. The series will debut on October 1. Are you sad that a Party Down revival is not in the cards? Tell us what you think.
Fantastic show. Two seasons just wasn’t enough. This could have lasted through 6 or maybe even 8 seasons. Great writing and great characters. I laughed out loud continually. So disappointed it was cancelled. Ridiculous.
I know right! I just finished both seasons for the third time through and am just left… wanting.
