Sorry Reckless fans, there won’t be a second season of the steamy summer legal drama. CBS has cancelled the series after one season of 13 episodes.
Reckless revolves around a beautiful litigator from the north and a charming southern attorney who must hide their intense mutual attraction as a police sex scandal erupts in Charleston, South Carolina. The TV show’s cast includes Cam Gigandet, Anna Wood, Shawn Hatosy, Georgina Haig, Adam Rodríguez, Michael Gladis, Kim Wayans, and Gregory Harrison.
The series debuted in late June to just a 0.7 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 3.99 million total viewers. The numbers didn’t get much better over the course of the season and ended up averaging just a 0.6 demo rating with 3.91 million viewers. The network burned off the final episodes on a Saturday night.

Does the station not see how many people view on Netflix?! Not sure how that works but I CANNOT believe this of all shows was cancelled.

I just finished Season 1 of Reckless and I looked to see when the next season was going to come out and saw that the show was cancelled. I watched season 1 on Netflix and really liked it (why I looked to see when season 2 was starting) I saw all the positive comments about the show and am confused to why it would be cancelled? Thanks for season 1 but no thanks for the open ending.

After all these praising comments, still no season 2? My girlfriends and I LOVE Reckless. We were devastated with how it ended! We finished the season in about 2 days!!!! SEASON TWO!! SEASON TWO!!!

i was so happy to find A new show on Netflix. Didn’t realize it was a major networks invention vi absolutely love the show and disappointed it’s not coming back for season 2. I loved it!

My wife and I just watched the entire episode in two nights. Highly addictive show to say the least! We couldn’t believe it when we learned the show was cancelled. Way to go CBS. Let’s use a little hindsight here and realize this was a mistake.

I am a fan of Reckless. I was expecting the season 2 until now sadly that I noticed there will not have season.

My family would love to see a second season of Reckless! Please bring it back the actors and story line were excellent! Why do all the good ones get cancelled? We are losing interest in the shows on CBS.

I’m in the military and the only reason I came across this show was Netflix. Then I watched it and loved it I don’t think the rating were right would like to see a season 2.
