It seems that we haven’t seen the last of the POstables. Hallmark Channel has announced that the cable channel is developing a new Signed, Sealed, Delivered movie. A timetable for the new project has not been released.
As Signed, Sealed, Delivered fans know, the franchise began as a two-hour movie in 2013. It did well enough for Hallmark to order a 10 episode TV series which aired in 2014. Rather than continue as a weekly show, Hallmark opted to go back to the movie format and, to date, has aired 11 two-hour films.
Here’s the press release from Hallmark:
A NEW INSTALLMENT OF FAN-FAVORITE ‘SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED’ FROM EXECUTIVE PRODUCER MARTHA WILLIAMSON IN DEVELOPMENT FOR HALLMARK DRAMA
Stars Eric Mabius, Kristin Booth, Crystal Lowe and Geoff Gustafson to Return
Hallmark Drama is developing another installment of the fan-favorite movie franchise, “Signed, Sealed, Delivered,” created by “Touched by an Angel” executive producer Martha Williamson. The announcement was made today as part of Crown Media Family Networks’ bi-annual Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour.
“Signed, Sealed, Delivered” is a comedic drama franchise that follows the lives of postal workers – known as the POstables – who transform themselves into an untraditional team of detectives to track down intended recipients of undeliverable mail. Their missions take them out of the office into an unpredictable world where redirected letters and packages can save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves and change futures by arriving late but somehow on time.
“We’re thrilled to be able to give the devoted fans of ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered’ a new adventure so we can continue the story of the POstables,” said Michelle Vicary, Executive Vice President, Programming and Network Publicity, Crown Media Family Networks. “The emotional and heartfelt stories the talented Martha Williamson tells are a perfect fit for our newest network, Hallmark Drama.”

I have watched each episode as it Ired and love watching the reruns. These 4 are so refreshing and work so well as an ensemble! P.us, right now, the postal service needs all the support it deserves but may lose.

This series and it’s following movies we’re all very inspiring, well written, and overall just wonderful to relax with. The story lines were current, the mystery involved kept the attention of the viewers, and the best part was that each included a Christian message which is and was what the world really needs to continue to be able to see, especially on Hallmark. The connection between the actors is real and leaves the audience hoping for more. With the current 2020 pandemic and many real serious life issues facing us all these days, the Postables might just be able to… Read more »
Looking forward to seeing another POstable movie! They’re such heart-warming and “feel good” movies. And all the characters are so lovable! And all the background wonderful music doesn’t hurt at all! I love knowing that each and every one is going to have a happy ending. If you can’t have a happy ending in your entertainment, what’s the point?
Thank you, Hallmark, for this wonderful series – and for deciding to keep it going.
