What do you think? Are you a fan of The Doctors? Will you watch the new season of this syndicated series next month? Will you miss the previous hosts?
I loved the original Dr.’s show. So far, I’m not impressed with the new show. Maybe my opinion will change, but Dr. Ian is boring. We are tired of hearing about COVID and the crap going on now. The previous panel led by Dr. Travis was informative, fun, interesting. I will watch another couple shows, but probably will stop watching if it stays this way.
Hate the new Doctors. He make my anxiety go up. Won’t be watching. Sorry you felt the need to get rid of the doctors we so loved and enjoyed. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
Loved this program when the Drs. we’re on the show. This new guy really sucks, I am done.
I will no longer be watching. I enjoyed the old format and varied, educational information from the previous Drs. Part of what I liked was their interaction with each other. The new host cannot carry the show by himself – I tried watching and was bored to tears. I have no interest in the new format. Big mistake.
Not a fan of the reformatted show. It’s boring and I won’t be watching any longer. We all know we’re supposed to mask up. We also know the scentific world has no difinitive answers regarding Covid 19. The other hosts would have been perfectly capable of relaying any new information and explaining it. One doctor relaying information is not as good as three plus doctor’s. We’ve known for years to always get a second opinion. Now we’re limited to one individual and his single interpretation. The network should have just added him to the host line up and cycled through… Read more »
Agreed. With Covid all over the news and everywhere you go, we dont need more. Tired of it
I’ve always enjoyed the doctors and even more so since I have been working from home. I like Dr. Ian; however, he doesn’t have the same on screen personna that the previous cast had. I find the new format to be a little boring. I am going to watch the show for the rest of the week, but I am leaning towards not watching anymore. Bring the old cast back or at least add a panel of doctors to join Dr. Ian.
The new show is not as good as the old one. The new doc is okay but he can’t carry the show.
Horrible.
Very disappointed will not watch anymore. Frankly we are all sick of this COVID thing we cannot be 24 7 COVID. So goodbye. We were happy with the other doctors why did you have to change? they cannot talk about your new stupid script?
Terrible change, I just painfully watched the awkward new host bragging about how “he would NEVER eat box mac & cheese”…..well good for you having a mama bake you mac n ch, or being able to afford it at the hot food price of $8.99 a pound at Whole Foods, he is boring, asks stupid questions, you ruined a good show…..
I love the doctors. When I turn on the show Monday I was taken aback about the change in format and hosts. I love the former cast and think they did a wonderful job. I read why the format is changing and I will look forward to seeing how this new series plays out- I will report back my findings… I find it interesting that i’ve heard nothing about it until the new series started… Will continue.. We watched a little of the new episode and didn’t care for it. Will miss all the doctors that were on. We probably won’t be watching it any longer
I am totally disappointed. My favorite afternoon program is gone. In its place is something so boring and depressing. I don’t understand why. I’m done.
I loved the cast and show prior to Covid. So informative and great bantering amongst the specialists, guests and audience. The new format is boring and depressing. I have no desire to watch it anymore.
I will not be watching any longer. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! Just deleted it from my DVR.
There was no reason for this change – a single host will never be in my best interests. I enjoyed the previous variety and breadth of opinions with its intelligent format.
This smacks to me of change for change’ sake and a backward step.
This is not what I like so I will not be watching any more.
