A new season of The Doctors is coming soon but it will have a very different look. The thirteenth season of the syndicated series will premiere in September with a new studio, new format, and a new host.
Dr. Ian Smith is taking charge of the series and previous hosts Sonia Batra, Judy Ho, Nita Landry, Andrew Ordon, and Travis Stork will not be returning. This season will have the focus of helping people deal with the times we’re living in at the moment.
More about season 13 of the daytime series was revealed in a press release.

What do you think? Are you a fan of The Doctors? Will you watch the new season of this syndicated series next month? Will you miss the previous hosts?
It’s not a good format, too bad you had to change it up. Don’t believe I am interested anymore.
I’m very disappointed in the format and the topics. Don’t fix something that isn’t broken! This new show is slow, dull and boring. My favorite thing about the Doctors was they’re bantering and sharing, and learning things on many topics. Now, all we hear is bout this pandemic crap. People! There is more to learn in life than that. Will NOT be watching ☹️
No I do not like this version at all. The others we so great together and had wonderful personalities. I was so disappointed when I turned it on last week and saw the NEW Doctors!! I watch for a while and nothing held my attention. I have since watched it a couple of times but there is nothing at all to draw me in and won’t watch it again. On the original show , it made us feel like we were just watching them have fun or be so concerned about a subject, hey were friends and our friends too.… Read more »
So disappointing to lose the former Doctors… I will look for the new version, but will miss the old cast.
Don’t like this new show Will not be watching it
I will not be watching the new doctors show. I enjoyed the old host between the funny and the serious and the banter between them was very enjoyable to watch. The new show maybe would be better with a half an hour with the information that he would contribute.
I will not be watching the new doctors show. The show now to me is not friendly enough maybe should be a half an hour show on its own. But bring the old show the old host back. It was so informative and so enjoyable.
What channel does it play on…..at what time……. is there a new title to the program ….I can t find it
No
Being a big fan of The Doctors I tried to keep an open mind when watching the new format of the show, but was very disappointed. I will no longer be watching the show.
I do not like the new Doctor’s show at all. I find it very cold. Nothing against the new guy but he doesn’t fit the show like all the other doctors did. The other doctors were warm, caring, funny and serious when they needed to be. They all worked well together. I will no longer be watching the show, I just can’t get into the new show. I hope you will bring back the other doctors.
I was taken aback when The Doctors started recently and all the regular doctors were gone. I liked them and that show. I know Dr. Ian from I believe it was The Biggest Loser shows in the past. He was okay for that but he’s no Dr. Oz and can’t really carry the show himself. Didn’t I read above that the old show was an emmy winner? Then why change it? Stupid. I also won’t watch the new show.
Don’t tamper with success ,we watch show daily and have learned a great deal ,sorry the cast is going and we’ll be gone also!!!
Agree 100% with other “former viewers “ that I am very disappointed in the changes made to one of my favorite programs. Have canceled all future recordings of the show. Will not be watching!
Will not watch new Dr show. Not as good
The new Doctor is alright but not exciting at all. The other doctors were interesting and fun to watch. Don’t know how much longer I will continue to watch this show. I’ve watched this show for over 5 years and now I just don’t enjoy the new format or doctor. Sorry.
