A new season of The Doctors is coming soon but it will have a very different look. The thirteenth season of the syndicated series will premiere in September with a new studio, new format, and a new host.
Dr. Ian Smith is taking charge of the series and previous hosts Sonia Batra, Judy Ho, Nita Landry, Andrew Ordon, and Travis Stork will not be returning. This season will have the focus of helping people deal with the times we’re living in at the moment.
More about season 13 of the daytime series was revealed in a press release.

What do you think? Are you a fan of The Doctors? Will you watch the new season of this syndicated series next month? Will you miss the previous hosts?
I will NOT be watching the new version. I liked the old doctors. And thats that!!!
I will not be watching the new format. Learned a lot from the previous Doctors. Bad decision to change.
Unfortunately I probably won’t watch since all the hosts are being replaced. Its a very sad day . Docs stork ordon and everyone else made this show what it is today. I wish they’d just start another show of their own leaving these doctors as hosts alone. Why change what’s already working??
I loved the previous program. I watched it for the very beginning. I don’t think I will watch the new one. You made a big mistake to tank the previous format.
Not sure if I will be watching this new show. I really like all the hosts right now. Now it will be a one dr host, we already have a one dr host dr on tv dr Oz. I will probably give it a chance, but I will really miss the other Drs. Would like to know why you are making such a drastic change.
Maybe the producers are saving money. It’s much cheaper to pay one doctor than several.
I think its political
I’m sorry I will not be tuning in to the new version of the Doctor. I have been watching the show from the beginning and I love the Dr Travis and Dr Drew. The show will not be the same without them hosting it.
I’m disappointed. I have watched this show for years and enjoyed Travis as host as well as the previous format. I like the interchange between the doctors. I may watch the new format but will not stay unless impressed. Why change what isn’t broken??
I’m sorry but I don’t think I will be watching the new show. I really like the host the show has now. I understand change is needed sometimes, but why change something that is working?
I will definitely miss the Doctors show!!! Will NOT be
Watching the replacement show!
They truly will be missed maybe they will come back someday
So sad that such a wonderful informative show is being cancelled. This was my favorite doctor show and I recorded it every day even when I was at home to see it at it’s regular time. I will not be watching the new show as I find Dr. Ian boring, he knows his stuff, but he is boring. The old group of Doctors were special, they were informative but also fun to watch, they will be missed. Please bring the old show back!!
I have DVRd The Doctors since the beginning, Will definitely miss Drs Travis, Ordin & Batra. Also, a fan of Dr. Ian but couldn’t you have given him his own show? It sounds quite different. Will try it out but no guarantees I will keep watching!
I will miss the old hosts very much. Travis is my favorite. I’ll check out the new show but not sure I’ll stick with it. Why does everything have to change so drastically all the time? Couldn’t you make the new format work with the same hosts? I hated when ABC cancelled The Chew (STILL MISS IT) and now they have to mess with this. Really annoying.
I agree … I loved the Chew too and watched it from the beginning.!
I love The Doctors and everyone it! So sorry Dr. Travis won’t be back. ☹️
I am very disappointed. Why can’t you keep “The Doctors” and have this new show at another time. I won’t be watching.
Love the Dr’s show learn a lot of information. Sorry that Tervos and Dr. Ordon is not coming back. Hopefully we see them from time to time.
