It wasn’t a positive start for The Finder at all. It lost nearly 30% from its Bones lead-in in the demo and could only beat The CW’s Secret Circle in the timeslot. When compared with other FOX scripted shows, The Finder’s season average only beats Fringe on Friday nights. Even the already cancelled Allen Gregory performed better.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.
What do you think? Do you like the Finder TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or be renewed for a second season?

PLEASE KEEP THE FINDER. It’s entertaining , intelligent, and different. Cancel Bones instead – it’s tired and boring.
Why base a show on the ratings from the under 50 demographic? Most of them don’t even have the money to spend on the advertisers’ products.
Love The Finder, it’s intelligent and funny.
Absolutely love this show! My favorite on TV right now. Please keep it.
[…] is bringing back The Finder quicker than expected. The network is delaying the premiere of Hotel Hell until summer and are […]
Great show – love the characters. Please keep it, nothing much else worth watching except of course, Bones. It is also nice to watch a summery show in the middle of winter!
