As fans of The Firm may have noticed, the cancelled legal drama was bumped from the schedule once again last Saturday night. As a result, NBC has adjusted their schedule and delayed the final four episodes by one week each.
If you watch the show via Hulu, you may have already seen the 19th episode. A note on the streaming website says, “Due to a programming error, Chapter 19 went up earlier than intended. We apologize for the error – it will become available again this weekend.”
You can see the revised airdates below, as well as brief episode descriptions:

What do you think? Are you still watching The Firm? Do you think that they’ll wrap everything up by the end of the season/series?
I am ticked that it is ending. I hope some other station has the smarts to pick it up for a 2nd season. I don’t watch much else on T.V.
Very disappointing. This is e best show since 24. I’m not sure Why more people have not watched it, it must be e time it is on.
I am also disappointed that it is cancelled and I really hope maybe another station will pick it up.
The Firm has been the only good show on Saturday night. How could it be cancelled? A Season 2 would be welcome.
Listen very carefully nbc the show the firm is a good show now that its up and running.renew it.u made enjoy money off it to break even give it a chance u just might make a boat load of cash.put it in a better time slo
.again.
IMO, the show started poorly with the frequent jumping back and forwards in time. It made it seem choppy and somewhat difficult to follow. I enjoyed the show despite that practice, however, once it became more cronilogically constructed it improved dramatically. Unfortunately, it would seem that the damage was done. I am disappointed the series will come to an end.
I think that NBC executives wouldn’t recognize an exceptional produce show if it bit them on their nose. The Firm is well written and the story line is exciting to follow. Well NBC, it seems that The Firm bit you on your nose!
I agree with Keith, I hope thatan independent tv production company will have the intelligence to pick up the show.
I have been able to watch the final episode and it would seem the writers did not know there was not going to be a season 2. Without giving anything away to those yet to watch the show let me say the final 30 seconds or so involve Mitch and comes under the heading ‘6 weeks later.’ As we no know there is not going to be any follow up so we will never know what was planned to continue the story. Maybe Mr. Grisham will write a book, or an independent tv production company take it on and show… Read more »
I am beyond disappointed about the cancellation of ‘The Firm’ … Hoping for a change of heart … So few shows on regular TV worth watching!
The Firm is the BEST SHOWon TV. NBC needs to take another look at this show & renew it . Excellent acting & story line. Everyone I talk to loves this show….the acting is GREAT and it makes you want to watch TV. Maybe it is the time slot the show is in or maybe it is the advertising of the show that is the problem. The WALKING DEAD is a perfect example of great advertising because the acting is horrible and the story line is week by week and unrealistic. There are very few shows that have great acting…..I… Read more »
I am not a tv watcher except for blue bloods and the firm please reconsider
The Firm is one of the BEST SHOWS on TV. NBC needs to take another look at this show & renew it . Excellent acting & story line. Not sure why the ratings were so low as quoted by NBC since everyone I know who watched it loved the show???
PLEASE RECONSIDER YOUR DECISON NBC!!!!
Glad it came back. Love Mitch’s strategies. Hope I can see the repeat like other shows.
I love this show and I am devistated that they cancelled it. I don’t understand why? It’s a show that makes you want to watch the next week to see what happens, I hope by some miracle that any television station will pick this show up! Please Please don’t stop this show stop!
I love this show! I wish they weren’t canceling it. It’s been fun to watch!
