The final season was pretty tame. They knew they were on the last season and could’ve cooked up a whole story arc with a resolution at the end. Instead it felt like they were just picking the meat off a turkey carcass the day after Thanksgiving. The writers really dropped the ball or had no clue what they were doing.

But ah well. At least it wrapped up instead of leaving on a cliffhanger.

I will say this though… If HBO does a spin-off; “New Blood” with Eric and Pam, I am so there.

My husband &i would like the show to stay on w/ the main chacters alive and for new chacters that are trouble makers brought in for a little while long enough to get to know them and then kill them off, you could bring some in between them and kill them but when you kill the ones we’ve grown to love or hate you kill the show, so dont kill the stackhouses or bill or eric or pam or andy holly and the kids or even arlene, we got to see what your going to put them through next and maybe you shouldn’t just try always catering the show to kids all the time remember us older viewers was watching vampire movies when you little babies were running to mommy because you saw a movie to scary for you ,we have been the ones who kept series like the waltons, dukes of hazzard, threes company, etc. running to give you examples of shows to watch and grow up on ,no breakx every 6 months just good shows for the working parent or person that became a faithfull viewer because we had to pay are bills and provide for you scared liytle kids to grow up and have more , so dont forget about your older dedicated viewers that welcome you into our homes each week we are after all the reason you have so much and the ones at home tuning in regularly while you kids go to a party or skip an episode till next week to go have your fun, be at home waiting for you kids to entertain us and staying out of your way so you can put your heads together to come up w/ your next great sene, hoping for another season and wishing each of you the very best success and a trueblood viewer that adds hbo on to my package every season your on and when its over so is hbo until next summer for this house, good hivh
