Dominion aired its season two finale on Syfy on Thursday night, and now fans want to know if the series will return for a third season. Is there a chance that Dominion will be cancelled?
There is no word from SyFy yet on the future of the series, but the man behind the series, Vaun Wilmott, is hopeful about the chances the show has for season three renewal.
In an interview with TV Line, Wilmott spoke about the series’ chances.
“Right now, we’re waiting to hear… I know they are very happy with the show creatively, they have really supported me and the show. The numbers will come in, and we’ll hear. As of now, I don’t really have an inkling. I’m hopeful.”
The season two finale had some big moments, and it left a lot of things up in the air. Wilmott told TV Insider that the finale was meant to be a set up for season three.
What will fans see in Dominion season three if it happens? A “wild ride” is planned, according to Wilmott. The Chosen One and Lucifer will go to war.

yes renew dominion great show and how about renewing tera nova also a great show but did not have much of a chance as the bosses at the tv studios just said no more but every one i know was shocked when they took it of
I have really come to enjoy this show & im very hopeful they’ll be more episodes to enjoy . Bring on season 3
we have been telling them their moving to slow on the plot.,every week is the same BS on the show, I can follow, but others loose the plot. i would love a season 3 but writers have to pick the story up a bit., they build up actors just to kill them in 3 or 4 epp later i mean whats the point in killing the lady of the city.? what hurts is i ordered season 2 from amazon this happen before with syfy farscape now that was a great show cancel season 4. at least they gave us a… Read more »

Dominion is the best show on not only SyFy, but television. It is the only show I watch LIVE and it actually drew me back to the SyFy Channel after years of avoiding the network because of lousy programming. It is clear the power of the series, from the tweeting trends, and it is still one of the network’s highest-rated dramas. If they do not renew this amazing show, I will walk away, once again, from SyFy. If they do not renew Dominion, then their claim that SyFy is the home of quality programming will be destroyed.

Yes it has to be renewed as cliffhanger opened up new world with Lucifer and Noma after her turn to bad. Good stories to folk and very well written and stars are excellent. I always liked Christopher Eagan and Tom Minion as Michael but break out this season is Gabreal as he fits the description on testemant and so much story to tell. Please bring it back!!!

I would like nothing better than o have a Season 3 of Dominion. It has the most amazing group of actors who really draw you in and keep your interest. The story lines keep you coming back for more. You want to see how things are end up. I was a late follower, but once I started watching, I was hooked. I’ve gotten both seasons On Demand so could start from the beginning. I have now watched 6x’s.Didn’t want to miss anything. So please RENEW DOMINION!
