Dynasty has found their new chauffeur. Deadline reports Robert Christopher Riley has joined the CW’s reboot pilot.
Based on the classic ’80s show, the drama “follows two of America’s wealthiest families, the Carringtons and the Colbys, as they feud for control over their fortune and their children.” The reboot comes from Gossip Girl creators Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage.
Riley will play “Culhane, the Carrington family’s well-paid chauffeur” in the The CW pilot. He joins fellow cast members Sam Adegoke, Nathalie Kelley, and Elizabeth Gillies.

I’m a fan of the original Dynasty, the Colby’s, and the original and new Dallas. I’ll watch the reboot to see what’s it’s all about.
Tons of fans of original show would love a reboot, but leave the old charaters alone ! A continued story, with guest appearences by remaining original cast yes, that would please old fans and intrigue new ones. But rehashing the old story, with new faces on old characters? Not a hit! In facebook groups for the old show fans are allready dismissing this project.
Yes, I was a fan of the original….as well as old and new Dallas. I will most definitely give it a shot providing someone lets me know when it will be airing.
