This MTV series is based on a fictional version of life behind-the-scenes at the “happiest place on Earth.” Will the cable channel be happy enough with Happyland’s ratings so they renew it for a second season or, will it be cancelled instead? Stay tuned.
On Happyland, the cynical teenage daughter (Bianca Santos) of a career princess (Camille Guaty) at a popular theme park wants to escape the life she’s known. Things get complicated when she falls for the handsome son (Shane Harper) of the park owner. The rest of the cast includes Cameron Moulene, Katherine McNamara, and Ryan Rottman.

I love this new show. I like the Tuesday night line up, awkward, faking it,and then capping it off with the best show, happyland! In that order… I used to like Awkward, but the past two seasons have been a let down, so if you want to stick a show in their time slot … go happyland, then faking it, and dump awkward. I think the issue is that there isn’t a fourth show to round it off.
This show better be renewed! I will be soooo disappointed if its cancelled.
