The Sleepy Hollow TV show was cancelled, yesterday. Now, co-creator Phillip Iscove, has shared his feelings about the show, making sure to thank the cast, crew, and fans for the supernatural series’ four season run. He’s not alone, either. Actor Phillip Mears is also reaching out, in the wake of the news that there will be no Sleepy Hollow, season five.
A historical fantasy drama, Sleepy Hollow stars Tom Mison as Ichabod Crane. The FOX cast also includes: Janina Gavankar, Lyndie Greenwood, Jerry MacKinnon, Rachel Melvin, Oona Yaffe, Jeremy Davies, and John Noble. After star Nicole Beharie departed the series at the end of season three, the possibility of even a fourth season was up in the air, so their gratitude is a lovely grace note.
Co-Creator Phillip Iscove Responds to the Sleepy Hollow Cancellation
In a series of tweets, Iscove, who created Sleepy Hollow, along with Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, and Len Wiseman, wrote:

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every actor, writer, director, producer and incredible crew on all their endless hard work.
But it’s the fans that made the show truly come alive and to them I owe the biggest debt. Thank you so much! I love all the #Sleepyheads!!

Mears, who shared the role of Moloch with D.J. Mifflin, and also played the Golem in season one, and later appeared as the Head Berserker, The Kindred, and Mr. Stich in latter seasons, tweeted:

What do you think? Did you watch the fourth and final season of the Sleepy Hollow TV series? Should it have been cancelled or renewed for season five on FOX?
Yes I watched and loved season 4 of Sleepy Hollow and I am rewatching the show on HULU keeping the show alive in our household. I hope the show goes into syndication so we can always see our beloved show.
I think it deserved to continue and maybe one day it could make a comeback. This series had great potentail and I liked the reboot. I t would be nice if it had been picked up on another network or become a netflix or hulu series. I will truly miss it. one of my favorite shows.
Please bring the show back or air it on Netflix or hulu or another network, love that show, Especially the 1st 3 seasons number 4 was good But not as good as the 1st 3 seasons.
Wow… I just heard. Fox ain’t so clever. Hopefully, the CW will grab this amazing show. They are more in tune with the people and the potential.
