The story of the young “star-crossed” lovers is coming to a close. The CW has cancelled Star-Crossed after one season of 13 episodes.
Star-Crossed revolves around a pair of teens — one human (Aimee Teegarden) and one alien (Matt Lanter) — who fall in love and struggle to overcome the discrimination and distrust around them. The rest of the cast includes Grey Damon, Natalie Hall, Malese Jow, Titus Makin Jr., Chelsea Gilligan, Brina Palencia, and Greg Finley.
The series debuted as a mid-season replacement and never took hold in the ratings. The premiere drew a lackluster 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demo with 1.28 million viewers. Subsequent episodes performed even worse, making Star-Crossed one of the network’s lowest-rated shows.
There are just 13 episodes in the season and the finale, titled “Passion Lends Them Power,” will air next Monday night.

I loved the show it was it was a refreshing approach to aliens and humans interacting together. I personally loved the show, and I’m disappointed when it was discontinued.

I just watched the show in three days on netflix. Absolutely loved it and very disappointed there is no season two!
I finished it in two days,I fell in love with it o the first episode. I just hate how their leaving us in suspension like that is torcher. I would they need to make more.
I just finished watching Star Crossed on Netflix and I loved it… I cant believe there will be no season 2. I was really looking forward to it. 🙁
I really really really like this show, I never heard of it at the time it actually came out which I think happened to a lot of the fans who have seen it now. The show probably premiered sometime in between another great show, resulting in the low ratings. I think CW or even Netflix should give it another chance!! This is a great show with an amazing story line, nothing quite like it right now.
Well, I watched the whole season in two days and I am still dont understand why they cancelled it! I love the cast, the plot, everything 🙁

I seen the 1st season on Netflix and I loved it! So sad there was isn’t anymore season!
It should’ve been given a second chance. I just started watching it and can’t stop. It takes a few episodes to get in to it but once you do you can’t stop. The CW made a mistake taking it off to soon and need to bring it back. I am tired of them doing this.
Just watched the whole 1st season on netflix in 1 week! I loved it and am disappointed it was just that one season. I don’t even recall or remember this being on the CW so maybe it wasn’t a good time that it was airing. Think you should try again.
I really enjoyed stopping everything I did to watch the show. I would have renewed the show or at least ended the series with something besides a cliff hanger.

I just finished season one of Star Crossed and absolutely loved it. It took me less then one day to watch all 13 episodes! Yes I’ve been told I have a problem yet I Couldn’t get enough of all the action/suspense/romance this show had to offer. As soon as I finished I looked up to see when season 2 was coming out.I’m heart broken to find there will not be a season 2 coming out. So disappointed. Hard to find shows this good. Looks like I’m back to watching The 100.

I have been trying to tell everyone this for a while pass on the request to your friends as well get as many people as you can to call Netflix they told me the same thing If there is enough requests they will renew! Everyone call Netflix and the show will come back! STAR CROSSED is worth the fight! It’s an amazing show!
