The story of the young “star-crossed” lovers is coming to a close. The CW has cancelled Star-Crossed after one season of 13 episodes.
Star-Crossed revolves around a pair of teens — one human (Aimee Teegarden) and one alien (Matt Lanter) — who fall in love and struggle to overcome the discrimination and distrust around them. The rest of the cast includes Grey Damon, Natalie Hall, Malese Jow, Titus Makin Jr., Chelsea Gilligan, Brina Palencia, and Greg Finley.
The series debuted as a mid-season replacement and never took hold in the ratings. The premiere drew a lackluster 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demo with 1.28 million viewers. Subsequent episodes performed even worse, making Star-Crossed one of the network’s lowest-rated shows.
There are just 13 episodes in the season and the finale, titled “Passion Lends Them Power,” will air next Monday night.

I just finished season one on Netflix. Couldn’t wait until i finished the season to find out what happened. I searched on the web to find out when season2 was coming out and found out but there won’t be a season 2. OMG!!!! No season 2. I should have checked before I got interested. I wished they would at least bring it to Netflix.
Rethink your decision of canceling this show. It is a really good show
I just watched the first season on Netflix and I absolutely love it. I couldn’t stop watching. It’s one of the best shows I’ve watched. This series could have been really really big. I hope someone does their job right and get this season renewed!
Just saw Star Crossed on Netflix. I watched all the episodes back to back staying up till 3 in the morning to finish them. I was hooked. I had not even heard of the movie before seeing it on netflix. I was anxious to see season 2 and found out there was no season 2. I am so sad to know this. It was really good and I wanted more. I wish it wouldn’t have been cancelled.

This show is amazing, the producers have no consideration of the fans we get into the show and the for the big finale they leave us on a cliff hanger, setting us up for a season 2 but then decide that the ratings aren’t good enough I mean come on could you people please focus on the fans that you do have.
I mean look not everything is going to start out with incredible ratings but if the producers would just give ita chance this would be one of the most amazing tv showers ever
This show needs to continue …..I don’t know who is in charge of canceling this show but maybe if they knew how to run a business they would know when they have a hit on their hands. Only found it on Netflix…didn’t even know about it before then. Work on advertising and maybe your ratings would be what you want them to be.
If enough people call Netflix, they said they would pick it up.

So sad they canceled the show saw it on Netflix….. Though it was interesting watch all episode in 2 days really mad really hope they really make a anther season

You have to be kidding… Star-Crossed had a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating on Netflix. The problem was not the show, it was the fault of CW for not advertising it properly. CW needs to rethink their decision. Star-Crossed is a hit waiting to happen…….
I think the cancellation of this series really stinks! Finally get a new and different sci-fi slant and just because some writers are probably tired of the story line, or fail to have the originality to continue, we, the followers, are left to suffer! Just plain NOT NICE!!!!!!
