CNBC has decided to cancel The Kudlow Report at the end of this month, reports Deadline. Host Larry Kudlow has been with the cable channel for a quarter of a century and has been hosting The Kudlow Report for the past five years.
Kudlow is staying with CNBC and will be a senior contributor for other business programs on the channel. Now word as yet about what will fill the 7pm timeslot once Kudlow’s show ends.
What do you think? Have you watched The Kudlow Report? Will you miss it?
What a mistake to cancel this program. Larry kudlow is a super talent. My husband and I will really miss this program.
I am so sorry to see Larry go. Hope he still does his radio show on Sat. Good luck, Larry!
I made a comment once before. I would just like to add now that whoever decided at CNBC to cancel Kudlow and replace it with American Greed needs to have his/her head examined!
I am very sad to see Larry go. I have really enjoyed his program. Good luck Larry, hope to see you on air soon!
I am glad I am not the one at CNBC that made this rookie mistake. If CNBC could reach out and take the IQ of all Kudlow Report faithful they would have know Larry’s views were from America’s intelligent minority.
What a mistake you have made…you have so many worthless shows all day
long…The Kudlow Report was honest representation on all levels…I have been
watching him for 20 years. I use to leave dinner parties early just to come home
and watch Kudlow and Cramer at 10.
Shame on you not to understand that there are conservatives out there that loved
his perspective on everything. Get rid of Anderson Cooper the phony and keep
Larry Kudlow.
This was a horrible mistake…I have been watching him for 20 years…he is the
best of the best..I would leave dinner parties and leave early so I could watch Kudlow
and Kramer at 10pm……there are sooooo many bad programs on your channel…
this was one of the best in my opinion….Shame on you all.
I can’t believe a radically liberal station as NBC kept him on this long.
He should have went to FOX. They probably knew all their good people are going there and wouldn’t let him out of his contract.
I have been surprised you have not dumped him along time ago. I knew he was way to conservative for your network. We have been watching your station for years and occasionally switching to Fox Business. Now I won’t have to switch any more I will just stay at Fox. Do you also have Joe Kernon on your dump list?
See You. In your Dreams. Carl
What a mistake you have made to take one of the most informative, entertaining, educational commentators you have in your stable off of the channel. Wish you would change your mind.
I would like for CNBC to do a daily 1 hour show that shows the viewer exactly what and how professional traders analyze stocks before they buy or sell them. It should show the different computer screens and data sources including but not limited to charts, news feeds, option volume, short interest, discussions leading up to and executing the trade. A complete look at all the work that goes into the decision buy or sell.
Kudlow will be seriously missed as perhaps the last realistic, mature and reasond conservative analyst-commentator on the evening commentary. He was able to provide insight into economic as well as political issues without retreating into glib comment or socialistic rhetoric. He was like a flower on the edge of the pigsty that national politics has become. Perhaps FOX will make him an offer hr can’t refuse- would we patriotic Americans are so lucky.
I will miss The Kudlow Report. It has been the BEST and most intelligent show on TV since its inception.
Kudkow is a breath of fresh air in television. He clearly states where he stands and respects different points of view. Kudlow’s knowledge and understanding of economics and finance is simply unparalleled in TV.
I will miss you Larry. Like most of your viewers I have come to think of you as a friend.
It is about time. His supply side vodoo economics was tired and no more than a right wing cover for big business. Very tired. Two good moves for CNBC … need one more and I will spend more time watching a more balanced viewing of business news. Rudy, Welsh, Trump, Newt and the other Black President haters have nothing to offer.
You mean like Kudlow’s reporting about “supply side economics” ?
I will really miss Larry. Most of the time he had great guests and always had a great exchange with them. I loved the format because he usually had ample time to discuss the various topics and he was always so gracious and honest. A man with a lot of class…without a doubt. I was actually surprised NBC allowed his program since it did not pander to the leftist view of the world and Larry’s absence was noticed when he went on vacation. It is a shame how difficult it is for people to find factual “news” these days (really… Read more »
Every one I know watches the show. I am so sad to see his program go away.
Larry Kudlow is a terrific host that covered news events with class and intelligent thinking. He always has guests that have opinions that show both sides of every story. He lets the viewer use their own intelligence to decide which argument makes the most sense. The left sometimes comes out on the short end of the debate. I am surprised NBC allowed this program to run as long as it did since it did not share their leftist view of the world.
