With their Houston area-based veterinary practice flourishing, Dr. Diarra Blue, Dr. Aubrey Ross and Dr. Michael Lavigne are eager to continue serving their loyal clientele including loving family cats and dogs as well as farm and other animals. This season, as the Doctors simultaneously balance their work and personal lives with wives and kids, they must also support one another more than ever before as unexpected events challenge and inspire them. The third season of THE VET LIFE premieres Saturday, January 13 at 10 P.M. ET/PT.
The season premiere of THE VET LIFE follows the Cy-Fair Animal Hospital reopening after being closed due to Hurricane Harvey. While the vets work around the clock to save animals and aid family and staff that have lost everything, Hurricane Harvey hits close to home for Dr. Blue when it directly affects his family. Other stories this season include Dr. Blue traveling to a Vegan cattle ranch to stop an unexpected cow baby boom, Dr. Ross dealing with a trio of mischievous ferrets with a skin condition, and Dr. Lavigne performing a knee surgery on an old English bulldog after the dog’s rescue from a puppy mill.
With work keeping the doctors busier than ever this season, each must find the work/life balance that works best for them as they make the time for monumental life events, such as Dr. Blue’s fifth wedding anniversary renewal in Las Vegas, giving their kids driving lessons, and exciting family camping trips.
THE VET LIFE is produced for Animal Planet by Glass Entertainment Group with Argle Bargle Films. For Glass Entertainment Group, Nancy Glass is the executive producer. BRING . IT . ON !!!!!
I look forward to this show on Saturday nights, Very interesting and intertaing. Love the way they mix there work life with there home life. Please keep it going.
Everything is so complicated these days. To produce this show involves not only the doctors, but their staff, their patients, their families, and a number of variables per episode. Each show educates you about some aspect of animal care. The doctors and staff are wonderful role models for jobs in the vetinary profession. I am most impressed with how willing the families are willing to be part of the show. It has to be stressful at times. Thank you for sharing your lives the last two years. I hope “The Vet Life” will soon return for seasons 3,4,5……
Yes! I love this show. I hope it returns.
I love this show hoping it returns. In todays world with all the awful things that go on and things on TV that make me shake my head. The Vets life is refreshing it shows the good in people, people at their best and caring about others. Please keep this show?
I love this series. The family of each doctor and the family these three have created is fantastic. Showing what’s is need to care for animals is so important. I find it to be very informative and helps me to care for my animals. I also enjoy laughing at these 3 joksters. Please keep the show on.
What they did to MCAS was nothing short of a massacre, plundering the county money to build up their own clinics. People had to donate food for the county shelter animals to even be able to eat, and that isn’t counting the death sweeps every morning from animals that didn’t get treatment.
More people need to look into the time that they had the contract for the shelter. And the atrocities that occurred there , during that time.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SHOW!! Look forward to watching on Saturday nights. Disappointed that I turned to watch tonight and it is not on
I think its a great family show. The docs are all cool, seem to be real friends and try to have a family life. I hope it comes back
I am missing The Vet Life. One of the best shows on TV. It is interesting, compassionate and humoress with its blend of professional and family lives covering both humans and animals.
I love the show! To see three smart men of color, working together, and obviously loving what they do, is an inspiration to the many people that think it can’t be done! I applaud Animal Planet!
