The tone of the show is somewhat muted compared to the original Apprentice with Stewart dismissing eliminated contestants with a simple “Goodbye.” Stewart then writes the person a personal letter outlining the reasons for the dismissal.

Stone organizes a Liz Claiborne Fashion Show and Charity Event for Safe Horizon (an organization combating domestic violence).
In the “live” portion of the episode, Stone is chosen as the winner by Stewart and is hired as the Development Director for MSLO’s Body + Soul magazine, based in a Boston suburb.
