Get ready for Aussie Girl. It is not the next superhero series, but it is a comedy now being developed by Tammin Sursok and Sean McEwen. The pair will both write and direct the scripted comedy.

Deadline revealed some about the plot of the potential comedy series:

“Loosely based on Sursok’s life circumstance, the story takes place at the exact moment when her career in Australia takes a wickedly-delicious-but-horrific turn for the worse and she is forced to get the hell outta Dodge and try to make it in the selfie-obsessed world of Los Angeles.”
